  • Experience Level:
  • 3-5 years experience in Detail Engineering of Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Refinery/ offshore projects
  • Academic Qualification:
  • B.E./ B.Tech in Instrumentation
  • General :
  • Awareness of Project Execution Lifecycle
  • Awareness of International Codes & Standards
  • Hazardous Area Classification & Protection Philosophies
  • Interfaces with other Engineering disciplines in Project
  • Latest Technology updates
  • Software skills
  • SPI (experience Advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Sizing software like Flowel (Orifice), First-view (Control Valve), Pentair (Safety Valve), InstruCalc

Job Description

  • Expectations and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should have hands-on experience of below Instrumentation activities as part of Project execution, as a minimum:
  • Technical :
  1. Field instrumentation procurement activities
  • Preparation of MR/PR instrument data sheets of field instruments, valves, etc.
  • Sizing of inline instruments
  • Exposure to technical bid analysis & vendor drawing review activities
  1. Field design engineering
  • Preparation of instrument index, I/O database
  • Instrument hook-ups, JB/Cable schedule, wiring drawings, loop drawings
  • Familiarity with layout engineering including 3D Model review
