Maxion Wheels is hiring for Senior Engineer Design-Mechanical

• Bachelor/Masters of Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Production)
• Minimum 06 to 08 years’ experience in Design and Development. (Added advantage to auto component or OEM).

• Knowledge of new product design, processes, Machining, Material is required.
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D designing in cad software like Auto Cad/ProE/Catia/Solid work.

(Those with Auto Cad and Catia experience will have added advantage)

•  Knowledge of 3D Modeling Software’s is Required (Hands on CATIA V5/ Solid works is Preferred)
• Knowledge of 2D Drafting Software’s is Required (Hands on AutoCAD/ Ares Commander is Preferred)
• Knowledge of analysis software like Ansys/ Hyper works etc.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems like IATF16949, ISO-14001 & 5S is will be preferable.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP & APQP will be added advantage
• New product design as per ETRO/ITTAC & customer specific standards etc.
• 2D drawing preparation
• Design calculation
• 3D model creation for customer & CAE
• Able to leads internal product design and engineering development activities, including design reviews of new programs and engineering changes, plant launch activity etc.
• Must have excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools like Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point is required.
