Job Description

  • Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
  • Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional
  • area
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
  • Drive results in the volume of resolutions, reduction in variability, and high-quality scores
  • Analyze data statistically and provide a meaningful and relevant summary
  • Interacting closely with client stakeholders and building reliable rapport
