Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional
area
Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
Drive results in the volume of resolutions, reduction in variability, and high-quality scores
Analyze data statistically and provide a meaningful and relevant summary
Interacting closely with client stakeholders and building reliable rapport
