XC-CI/EHP – Design & Requirement Engineering

• Independent handling of design activities & requirement handling
• Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
• Managing parts and assembly and in team center
• Creating base design and its variants
• Concept generation and evaluation
• Support plant QMM in perform FMEA
• Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer

Qualifications

• B.E/ B.TECH Mechanical/ Mechatronics

Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process

• Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques.
• Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
• Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
• Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
• Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
• Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
• Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
