Job Description :

The scope of the role is centered on assigned projects, and managing project-related activities from conception to completion. Responsibilities include detailed project planning, identifying resource and competency requirements, change management, risk management, reporting project metrics to senior management, coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and internal and external stakeholders

Eligibility :

B.E/M.E (Mechanical Engineering).
Should have an excellent understanding of the field of Structural Mechanics, Material Science, and Finite Element Methods.
Should be an expert in performing Linear/Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis.
Candidates with good knowledge of Fatigue Theory will have added advantages.
Candidates with experience in using ANSYS
Should have good experience in handling large assemblies with complex interactions.
Should be able to deliver on projects as an individual contributor.
Should be able to work in cross-functional teams.
Candidates with Wind domain knowledge will have added advantages.
Setup, validation, completion, and documentation of very complex calculation models.
Ensure model and calculation documentation according to quality standards, task description, and customer needs.
Responsible for quality, time & delivery schedule of his own projects.
Collect and keep a record of all relevant information needed for the setup of the calculation model.
Direct communication with MTU Germany for own projects.
