Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
Proficiency with web based Quality Management System / Knowledge Base such as MS SharePoint [Desirable]
Prior knowledge [User Level] on following tools would be an added advantage.
Proficiency with any new generation ALM / PLM Systems
Hands on with new generation Configuration Management Systems (Such as BitBucket, GIT, PTC Integrity etc.)

Custodian and consultant of Process Asset Libraries.
Process consulting, Process monitoring for compliances and deviations reporting.
Analysis of the existing processes, architecting the required processes and preparing process description, creating necessary process artefacts.
Determine and incorporate internal and external best practices to enhance the efficiencies of the software engineering practices.
Coordinating and participating in audits/assessments.
Hand holding with project practitioners for process compliance adherence.
