Eligibility Criteria

Create a Master File to maintain the legal matter in a prescribed format for the Pan India and circulating to the senior management on monthly basis.
Preparing the Legal coverage of Delinquent cases as per the SOP and circulating the eligible cases to the Legal Manager`s for legal initiation.
Keeping a track of legal actions in delinquent accounts against borrowers under Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, Negotiable instrument Act, for recovery of dues including criminal complaints filed in qualified cases.
Track all legal cases to ensure no slippages, specially NPA accounts to help the collection team for faster recovery
Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
Support the National legal Manager in designing, implementing, monitoring and improving the Legal portfolio.
Assist in Executing the strategies and procedures to be followed in debt recovery and maintain and prepare legal MIS for the assigned area
Assist in executing, evaluating, Improving and monitoring portfolio interventions.
Support in the management of key portfolio indicators and legal cost within budgeted levels.
Improve Legal efficiency and effectiveness by developing and deploying intelligence-based tools such as scorecards etc.
Champion a systematic approach towards portfolio management where performance delivery hinges more on an intelligence driven aggregation of robust processes rather than a simple aggression of individual efforts.
Keep abreast of all latest developments/trends in local law/best practices with respect to Legal collections.
Desired Skills: Proven soft skills in Excel, MS word and online legal search. Basic understanding of Legal Collection process and NPA provisioning.
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
