Eligibility Criteria

  • Role : Associate / Sr. Associate
  • Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via ch
  • Qualification : Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
  • Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written
  • Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support
  • Should know how to handle the customers and resolve there issues
  • Should have typing speed of min 30wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Should be flexible with rotational shifts
  • Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
  • 5 days working 2 days off
  • Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (work from office)
  • Fresher Salary - CTC 2.5 LPA | +6 months Experienced Salary - CTC 3 LPA
