Job Description

  • Planning & Execution for Annual, monthly, and daily mechanical maintenance activities of plant and machinery.
  • Knowledge about working and maintenance of the different types of hydraulic pumps, valves & High-pressure system handling
  • Carry out condition-based monitoring of equipment and plan maintenance accordingly
  • Planning of critical spares for ensuring 100% machine availability
  • Troubleshooting of breakdown by carrying out root cause analysis and taking corrective/preventive action accordingly for the hydraulic equipment
  • Coordinate with various departments within ANDRITZ for resolving issues related to the Power plant
  • Documentation of mechanical maintenance records as per ISO formats
  • Understanding and troubleshooting of oil Hydraulics system
  • Develop methodology and validation plans to ensure reliability & to improve MTBF in the oil hydraulics system
