For Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for Service Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The Services Technician will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Provide service and customer support during field visits and inhouse.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, Calibration and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, service and calibration of Micropipettes, Balances and other technical equipment's.
Knowledge About ISO\IEC 17025: 2017.
Good knowledge on Laboratory Quality Management System.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Good command of spoken and written English
