Bachelor (B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc) or Master degree in Computer Science, IT or similar discipline.
At least three years of professional experience in digitization or IT-related projects.
Good user knowledge of BPM tools (preferably Bizagi with certification).
Programming skills in : C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, and/or JavaScript.
Very good knowledge of English (C1).

Own digitization projects with responsibility for solution definition and implementation of process automation.
Implementation with the help of our BPM tools of choice "Bizagi" and linking to other state-of-the-art technologies such as UiPath (RPA), Abbyy (OCR) or Cognyses (NLP).
Design of process automation solutions in collaboration with our process analysts, automation architects and project managers.
Work in an agile project setup with product backlogs and user stories.
Regularly interact with other digitalization and business process automation colleagues to drive and live harmonization, standardization, and best practices.
In addition, you will support our accounting departments in process optimization, IT systems and digitalization opportunities and contribute your expertise to the strategic development of the finance department in terms of profitability, efficiency, and quality.
