Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering from accredited program.
Minimum 4 years related experience.
Successful candidate will have excellent written & verbal communication skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.
Knowledge in standard mechanical engineering techniques, principles, and procedures.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and various CAD related software.
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Mechanical design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion and construction support services.
Development of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals of fuel storage facilities.
Perform mechanical calculations and analysis (Ex: hydraulic calculations, surge analysis, pipe stress analysis).
Assist in designing mechanical components for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers and lead engineer.
Apply basic knowledge of commonly used mechanical engineering/design concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures within the mechanical engineering services industry.
Assist with developing and correcting design drawings using multiple CAD related software (Ex: AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit).
Experience in the following areas would be of high value:
Fuel receipt, storage, and distribution facilities
Fuel hydrant distribution systems
Pipeline and transport truck fuel receipt systems
Fuel storage tanks
Distribution pumping systems
