4-9 years of design and product development experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s degree preferred)
Understanding of Finite element methodology, experience with tolerance analysis as well as in the design of plastic, zinc & aluminum die-cast and sheet metal components plus the experience in the design of electronic modules.

Interface with the various functional departments and present design solutions.
Develop new products that support current product lines or help establish new product lines utilizing CATIA V5, NX.
Conduct analysis and research on existing products mechanical characteristics for optimization and cost reduction purposes.
Support new product development projects from concept through preparation of turnover to manufacturing.
Selection of suitable construction materials taking into consideration mechanical, environmental, and economic requirements.
Support FEA structural simulations and thermal analyses for vehicle antenna products across global sites.
