Job Description
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- End User Device Management
- 1st line support experience
- Good knowledge of O365, Windows 10, MS Office, AD and Exchange Online
- Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential
- Baasic TCP/IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification and a good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment Professional
