Job Description

  • Conducting fundamental research on specific companies and broader subsectors in industrial space
  • Performing detailed industry research and competitive landscaping
  • Identifying the targets and building a long list of companies and then screening them collaboratively with team
  • Carrying out merger related synergy analysis
  • Financial modelling and updating company financial models
  • In-depth benchmarking of operational and valuation metrics (versus peer group)
  • Independently work on pre-acquisition analysis projects with the global team
  • Iterate frequently with the team on various acquisition research deliverables.
  • Reaching out the targets to develop first contact and initiate discussions.
