Academic background in Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical.
Previous experience in or with Manufacturing Engineering with 2 to 3 years and Conveyor assembly working experience. Working experience in the Electronics Products Assembly like soldering, gluing , torquing, Harness assembly, etc

Review new part drawings, Bill of Materials, and processes for utilization of machines
Lead the first sample run – Creation of WI and other required documents, run the first sample, update the V&V check sheet, and collect the approval from all departments
Debottleneck station for maximum hourly output for new and existing products
Monitor and fix the cycle time for each process
Uploading the BOM in ERP and monitoring for zero variance in BOM
Continually evaluate safety, ergonomics, productivity, and quality and improve process
Collect and review component drawings from Engineering and share with Vendors.
Initiate and implement tools, fixtures, and gauges to improve product quality at assembly line
Evaluate current equipment performance
