A degree in IT / Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to work with people from diverse cultures and nationalities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of database management and design, including experience with platforms such as Data Bricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent

Analyze data and visualize/present it in the best possible way through charts, interactive reports, and dashboards.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines in an Azure environment & Snowflake.
Design, build and maintain the tooling that the wider Data team uses to interact with our data platform, including CI/CD pipelines for Enterprise Data lake, unit/integration/validation testing frameworks for data pipelines, and command-line tools for ad-hoc data evaluation.
Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and performance metrics (KPIs)that support key business objectives.
Identify and implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Optimize and tune data pipelines for improved performance, scalability, and reliability. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns.
Monitor data pipelines and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted data flow. Build necessary mitigation / resiliency for identified risk, if any.
Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, charts along with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations ensuring knowledge sharing.
