Bachelors in electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field. (Completed and has marksheet)
Effective communication skills for clear understanding of the project design and protocols.
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsible for the operation and general maintenance and/ or cleaning of the machinery/ies assigned.
Responsible for preparing relevant documents as part of Shift-wise Production activities.
Participate in safety and quality initiatives in the pilot production facility.
Participate and document forms and other relevant documents for auditing activities being conducted in the Pilot facility.
Other tasks as assigned by the Zone supervisor for facilitating the Production activities.
Responsible for notifying machine breakdown or process issue to Supervisor and PME executive.
Coordinate with Plant & Maintenance team for improving machine uptime.
Ensure reduction in machine breakdown.
Improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) of the assigned machine.
Standardization and improvements in procedures followed (SOP’s).
Data collection and document maintenance (daily Production documents, and all other Production audit documents)
