Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, product teams, and data scientists, to develop and refine text prompts tailored to understanding conversations
Engage in the testing and refining process of text prompts to ensure accuracy, engagement, and relevance
Analyze prompt performance using , identifying areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance prompt quality and overall system performance
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques, and apply this knowledge to prompt engineering tasks
Work with ML teams to help build the right tooling and infrastructure for prompt management
Participate in discussions and workshops on prompt engineering best practices and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
