  • A passionate drive to provide excellence in IT support to your users.
  • Willingness to grow your knowledge via trainings and on the job experience.

Job Description

  • Leveraging procedures, troubleshoot AD, AzureAD, DNS, Network, Certificates…
  • Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations.
  • Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues.
  • Configure and support DNS for new domain.
  • Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents.
