Eligibility Criteria

  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent industry experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with Linux and Operating System principles.
  • Experience with container-based solutions such as Docker.
  • Experience with cloud best practices and services.
  • Knowledge of one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Ability to empathize with non-technical audiences and engineers whose area of interest or experience lies outside SRE and Infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Monitor, detect, and triage issues of varying complexity.
  • Assist in system builds, configuration, patches, and upgrades.
  • Develop creative and practical solutions to resolve non-routine problems.
  • Develop tools to automate deployment, administration, and monitoring.
  • Apply working knowledge about system methodologies, designs, and troubleshooting techniques.
