Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and Java frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JSP.
  • Familiarity with multi-threading concepts.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
  • Exposure to Kafka is a plus.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain various platform components.
  • Implement new user interfaces and business functionalities according to specifications and requirements.
  • Analyze and enhance the performance of applications and operational workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct development testing of software components to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Support level 2 and 3 applications, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work independently in a globally distributed team, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and be willing to learn and work with different technologies.
  • Focus on architectural design to contribute to architectural decisions.
