Robot Operating & programming knowledge of Brass polishing and buffing process.
Optimization of program and reduce cycle time.
Having minimum 2-4 years of experience of robot programming with Fanuc Controller
Understanding of consumables which are used in Polishing & Buffing process like polishing bels, buffing wheels, compound, etc.
Knowledge about Safety-HIRA, JHA, Risk Assessment.
Basic knowledge and understanding of ISO & OHSAS.
Knowledge about 5S, Kaizen, CI project, TPM.
Highly motivated, quick to learn, safety conscious.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word.
Basic SAP Knowledge

To control, direct and monitor productivity of the Polishing & Buffing shop – Robotic cell comprising robotic polishing and CNC buffing.
Monitor Polishing & Buffing shop shift and achieve production targets as per norms.
Manpower allocation and handling.
Daily planning and achieving shift production target.
ShiftWise updation of reports and documentation.
Process and production review for the rejection and take corrective actions accordingly.
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance of robotic equipment.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, implementing cost reductions and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Maintains quality by establishing and enforcing production standards.
To assist planning with the production and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production plan.
To identify training needs for his/ her team and mentoring them
Executing Cost saving projects
Tracking and monitoring consumables for their wise usage.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
