  • Memory Management, Windows Registry, Blue Screen
  • Windows Shell configuration and management
  • Server hang and crash, Server No Boot and Reboot Scenarios
  • Troubleshooting server performance issues using PerfMon and other tools
  • Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
