Should be Japanese Language certified in any one of JLPT N1/N2/N3 and should be able to read & write in Japanese Kanji scripts.
Must possess analytical skills and must be proactive.
Should be able to interpret Japanese conversations (written or oral) and understand requirements.
Must possess excellent English written and communication skills.
Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
Good to have programming skills in Java, Python.

Candidate must be able to converse, read and write in Japanese.
Comprehend business requirements in English/Japanese languages, raise clarifications, create understanding document.
Ensure to understand the requirement completely by asking questions in Japanese Language.
Report problems/issues/defects for the systems under test, in Japanese language.
Identify and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proactively address issues and mitigate points of failure.
Taking ownership to deliver on goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Participate in Japanese language community sessions to improve language skills.
Participate as a member of project team in meetings and technical sessions to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions.
Continuously upskill/reskill and cross skill to scale up to new technologies.
Ability to work coherently in a team.
