We are looking for someone who has experience in gearbox assembly, for the wind energy sector
03 to 05 Years of experience with emphasis on production and manufacturing
Experience with ERP system required (INFOR LN Preferred)
Knowledge of drives & production planning
Proficient in use the Microsoft Office suite of products
Strong communication
Strong time management and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures
Must have problem-solving ability
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Work Ethics: Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done in a timely manner
Language: Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Possess quality orientation, safety focus and a sense of urgency in executing responsibilities.
Proactive as well as detail and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Work with the management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime
Plan production tasks and schedule according to customer orders
Update the sales forecast weekly wise and generate the configured projects in system
Based on the sales plan create production plan, forecast and demand generation, Performs load levelling on build plan to allow smooth plan
Responsible for analysis of demand & supply generation in system.
Responsible for the generic items and generic BOM & update the details after modification
He Should have High scope on quality and process improvement
Responsible for generating, Sorting, repairing & closing the Production Orders and Master data
Monitors daily schedule status and communicates scheduling problems or concerns to management
Coordination between sales, production, and purchase teams for efficient working.
Develop and review the production plan with management for approval
Track material shortage, and discuss with the purchase and warehouse team.
Responsible for measuring, recording, calculating, and analyzing the timings of drives
Creating and upgrading routings in a system INFOR-LN
Should perform Workflow charts and capacity analysis
Preparing standard operating procedures (SOP) for drives, good in preparing documents, and checklists i.e. should have very good documentation skills.
He/She should lead and be involved in lean manufacturing techniques
