Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to design and administer Linux based solutions for Zinnia stakeholders.
Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient solutions for Zinnia platforms.
Assist in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to the Linux existing Zinnia platforms.
Participate in on-call rotations and/or provide after-hours (Night Shift) support.
Collaborate with our global teams, internal stakeholders and customers.
Provide guidance and escalated support to the Zinnia offshore Linux support team
Conduct root-cause analysis as needed to the Linux platforms and create improved standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guidance
Administer and support VMWare virtualization environments for Linux.
Provide support on multiple Cloud Hosted environments using Cloud Technology.
