Job Description

  • Understand the Technology for NPI in terms of Industrialization, Mechanical processes involved and implementation in production.
  • Design & Development of all mechanical/Electrical Jigs and fixtures required for the manufacturing process and Industrialization.
  • Understand the requirement for the automation and design and develop automated systems/Robotic systems, Automated production lines for manufacturing for better productivity and improvement in quality
  • Support to other engineers for mechatronics designs and improvements in test systems
  • Release of drawings (Auto CAD/PRO-E), documents, Work Instructions for Jigs/Fixtures.
  • Maintenance schedule/spares for the test machines/jigs.
  • Outsourcing of Test Tools/Jigs
  • Capabilities to work with an important level of autonomy
