Eligibility Criteria

  • Dynamic Mechanical Engineer (B.E) with 2 to 5 years of experience in design and development of injection molding machines, extrusion machines, Special purpose machines involving heavy structures, castings and light weight fabrication etc.

Job Description

  • Sound knowledge of end-to-end product design and development of injection molding machines, special purpose machines, and heavy machinery.
  • Concept design, design calculations (Machine design/bending/torsion), material selection and knowledge about the heat treatment process.
  • Customize standard and new machines with variant configurations, as well as competitor product analysis/benchmarking.
  • Design and develop complex pieces of equipment such as Screws, Barrels, manifolds, and precise equipment like tie bars, cylinders, and valves with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge about SPI/Euro map standards in the design and development of injection molding machines.
  • Reverse engineering, design optimization for cost reduction, and DFMEA.
