Graduate in any Stream or Diploma in multimedia certificate course (Fresher)
Diploma in multimedia certificate course (Fresher) for Undergraduates)
0 – 1 years of experience in Graphic designing environment (Basic knowledge of print and digital artwork)
Strong knowledge of Adobe tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
Good oral and written communication
Able to communicate effectively through a range of media, to various levels in the organization
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Understand client requirements and extract the assigned tasks/artwork requirements from the client-server tool.
Apply knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator and their usage for different deliverables (leaflets, cartons, labels, foils, etc.).
Understand, review, and gather relevant data (font, color, alignment, missing links) from client specification files/ emails/client-server/ tool.
Develop artwork as per client artwork production guidelines and internal standard operating procedures.
Understand and complete the internal checklist form to minimize internal and external errors.
Share the developed artwork with quality analyst SPOC, post review by a senior associate.
Address comments/annotations shared by QC SPOC post review and make necessary changes to the artwork.
Follow best practices in terms of communication, client and project-specific guidelines, and processes.
