Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3- 4 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing in the food industry or a similar industry
  • Experience in WCM
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes in areas such as assembly
  • Exposure to Quality Audit, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma or the equivalent
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD and basic drawing reading
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • In accordance with the requirements of the production process and work order: With safety, efficiency in production
  • In accordance with the SOP/working instructions under supervision
  • Perform in-process check according to quality requirements under supervision
  • Rework the labor worksheets and submit
  • To participate in the activities of daily improvement
  • To participate in multiskill training
  • To participate and lead in WCM activities such as APM, 5S, etc
