Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 2 years of Maintenance experience in Chemical or Petroleum Industry. Additional experience in Utility operations/ Ice Plant operation & maintenance will be added advantage.

Job Description

  • Operation and Maintenance of the Ice plant, Chilling Plant, Cooling Towers and HVAC systems in Dispersions, MPP, Warehouse and Admin Area.
  • Ensuring continuous support to production plants for Day-to-day maintenance and breakdown works during shift hours.
  • Operation of Ice plant, Chilling units, Cooling towers, and HVACs in Dispersions, MPP, Warehouse, and Admin Area.
  • To reduce the breakdown time by Carrying Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of the Plant Equipment
  • To ensure maximum availability of all the equipment with regular checks and inspections
  • Coordination with production plants and Inter departments for timely troubleshooting of problems.
  • To ensure that all requirements for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, and ISO 9001:2015
  • To ensure good housekeeping of the Ice Plant, Chilling Plant, Cooling Towers, and other plant areas.
  • Adherence to the highest safety standards for self and contract employees
  • Adherence to the work permit system and compliance to PPEs.
  • Comply to Statutory requirements and ensure the implementation and sustainability of all the relevant EHS policies to achieve excellent housekeeping, Zero LTIs, and environmental incidents.
