1+ year of work experience in Backend/Full stack development.
Basic understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including - coding standards, code reviews, design patterns, source control management, build processes and testing fundamentals.
Knowledge of any database, distributed system, or queueing system.
Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations and drive decisions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Experience in golang is mandatory. Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications according to project requirements and specifications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the software.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software development processes.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
