Eligibility Criteria

  • University degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability in a role analysing significant data volumes.
  • Experience in a role where business requirements are met with technology solutions and then supporting those applications/solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL, at least one programming language (e.g. Python) and reporting / data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI).
  • Superb interpersonal skills and solid attention to detail.
  • Experience with agile working practices (e.g. scrum).
  • Experience with robotic process automation (preferred)
  • Experience working with internal audit or other assurance providers such as risk management and compliance (preferred).

Job Description

  • As a Data Analyst in the Digital & Analytics Bangalore team, you will help deliver impactful end-to-end solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal auditing. The role provides an opportunity to apply your technology and analytics expertise while working in an agile environment.
  • Your key tasks include translating the requirements of Group Internal Audit (GIA) into end-to-end solutions by using GIA's existing applications, and, available reporting and automation technologies. You will also work with IT and users to handle all ongoing support activities, identify improvements and, help GIA follow Swiss Re's technology related internal policies.
