Eligibility Criteria

  • BE/BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.
  • Good Communication skills is required.

Job Description

  • Develop design parameters, performance characteristics, and technical specifications of products and components for Gas Turbines that satisfy business needs and advance safety, quality, velocity and cost.
  • Provides key leadership in defining and directing advanced technology programs in field of specialization, applying advanced principles, theories and concepts.
  • Expected to contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Advises management of the technical feasibility of new ventures. Often advances in the state-of-the-art are necessary and the work may lead to the results qualifying for a patent or for being published in a technical journal.
  • Key contributor and leadership in Cost control programs for Gas Turbines
  • Guiding the evolution of the technical design, technical project planning, detail design, and development testing of Gas Turbines
  • Provide solutions to field failures and continuous product development
  • Monitoring, exploring, and testing new technologies, materials, and components to understand product or process improvement opportunities correlating to GT durability
  • Is regarded as a technical lead within the Company
  • Requires a thorough knowledge of advanced state-of-the-art design and analytical concepts as well as a broad understanding of the operating relationship with other departments within and outside the engineering organization such as quality control, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and product support.
