About Company

​Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited (FSNL) is a leading Indian company specializing in steel mill services, particularly in the recovery and processing of ferrous scrap from slag and debris generated during steel production. Established on March 28, 1979, FSNL was initially a joint venture between MSTC Ltd. (a Government of India enterprise) and Harsco Corporation, USA. In 2002, MSTC Ltd. acquired full ownership, making FSNL its wholly owned subsidiary. In a significant development, Konoike Transport Co. Ltd., a Japanese firm, acquired 100% shares of FSNL on January 21, 2025, transitioning FSNL into a wholly owned subsidiary of Konoike Transport Co. Ltd.
