Eligibility Criteria

  • A Master’s or strong Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge in areas such as:
  • Structural Integrity, Fatigue & Materials
  • Driveline Components & Vehicle Engineering
  • Technical Statistics and basic Data Analytics
  • A responsible, pragmatic, and structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A strong sense of quality and reliability
  • Ability to thrive in international, cross-functional teams
  • Openness to innovation and change

Job Description

  • Analysis of data and load assessments
  • Product sizing for driveline systems
  • Developing test procedures to support product development
  • Driving technical innovation and supporting the transition to electric drives
