Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with assembly line operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CAD/CAM, and statistical analysis tools.

Job Description

  • Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures in process designing & machine procurement.
  • Support ergonomics assessments and Implement improvement actions to improve safety.
  • Support Risk assessment and implement mitigation measures.
  • Participate in HSE training and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support functions.
  • Engage in training and development activities aligned with business needs.
  • Actively contribute to team-based problem-solving and improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate quality risk through PFMEA & implement process improvements by poka yoke and process controls
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including PFMEA, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
  • Identify opportunities to reduce production costs while maintaining quality.
