About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with assembly line operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CAD/CAM, and statistical analysis tools.
Job Description
- Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures in process designing & machine procurement.
- Support ergonomics assessments and Implement improvement actions to improve safety.
- Support Risk assessment and implement mitigation measures.
- Participate in HSE training and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support functions.
- Engage in training and development activities aligned with business needs.
- Actively contribute to team-based problem-solving and improvement efforts.
- Evaluate quality risk through PFMEA & implement process improvements by poka yoke and process controls
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including PFMEA, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
- Identify opportunities to reduce production costs while maintaining quality.
