Eligibility Criteria

B.E/B.tech in Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Study and understand application environment for all HOT gaskets, Cold Gaskets and Heat shields
Study / prepare part drawings considering engine /package boundary conditions
Work out design proposals, review with the global team and submit to customer
Co-ordinate for manufacturing feasibility
DVP finalization with customers
Co-ordinate with the customers – sales team- internal departments like purchase, production, quality, maintenance
Return Part analysis
Visiting customers as per calendar to generate new business opportunities
Visiting customers to attend functional quality issues
Benchmarking of competitor parts
Participate in White Space analysis with team
Knowledge & capability to handle IATF systems/documentation responsibility for Engineering dept.
Working knowledge of APQP/PPAP processes.
Team coordination & management
