  • Experience: 3 to 10 years.

Job Description

  • Assists in developing manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
  • Assists in developing and integrating suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
  • Reviews and approval of Installation plans for aero systems and line build activities.
  • Assists in developing/modifying assembly/fabrication process planning requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
  • Investigates and resolves manufacturing-related issues.
  • Assists in carrying out DFM/PFM and producibility studies of installation of sub systems of aero products.
  • Drafts, updates, and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Assists in developing work instructions for installing interior system components.
  • Analyze ECO/ECN releases and work independently for new release products.
  • Implement the process audits for the prevailing Installation/fabrication plans and ensure they meet the defined standards.
  • Assists in implementation of safety procedures, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and non-conformances issues with wire harness manufacturing.
  • Assists in implementing lean principles and technologies.
  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving.
