Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong understanding of structural design, thermal systems, and material properties.
  • Hands-on experience in Unigraphics (NX) modeling/drafting/assemblies.
  • Familiarity with PLM tools (preferably ARAS) and exposure to costing/DFMA tools.
  • B.E/B.tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description

  • Lead design of electro-mechanical systems compliant with RTCA DO-160, MIL Specs, IPC, and ARINC standards.
  • Support new product development with strong knowledge of integrated product development processes.
  • Contribute to PCB design, box build, and enclosure design (machined, sheet metal, and plastics).
  • Ensure structural integrity through vibration/load analysis and design for crash, altitude, and environmental factors.
  • Develop thermal management solutions (natural/forced convection, heatsinks).
  • Define aerospace-grade fasteners, tolerance analysis, fit/finish requirements, and material/coating specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks.
