Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our development team in Hyderabad.
  • The role focuses on enhancing, maintaining, and scaling our Workforce Management (WFM) system.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade web applications, strong backend development expertise, and a solid understanding of relational databases.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: BE/ B.Tech. /ME/MSc/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Experience in enterprise application development.
  • Backend: Java, Spring Framework
  • Frontend: HTML, Angular (or similar frameworks)
  • APIs: RESTful Web Services
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
  • Other: Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud-based, multi-tier distributed web applications.
  • Enhance and support the existing Workforce Management system with new features and optimizations.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs for cross-platform interactions.
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
  • Debug, analyze, and optimize code for efficiency and maintainability.
  • Work with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle) to design, query, and optimize data models.
