Eligibility Criteria

  • BE Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial with Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in full time Engineering field.
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering metrices and utility equipment (DG, Compressors, Chiller, Transformer, HVAC/AHU)
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and problem-solving tools
  • Knowledge of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and EnMS (50001)
  • CMRP or equivalent certification and PMP certification will be added advantage.

Job Description

  • Gather engineering data and performs analysis of incident reports with monthly engineering KPI management.
  • Review failure data to identify poor performing assets and develop plan for improvement.
  • Conduct problem solving RCA sessions and lead FMEA/RCM for engineering.
  • Ensures proper PM, PdM is in place and prepares monthly PM schedule for assets.
  • Establish storeroom best practices to maintain inventory.
  • Lead Engineering department in all internal and external audits (e.g., IMS, SAE 8000, legal)
  • Lead Engineering Projects and new machine developments to optimize production.
  • Vendor management and Creation of Purchase requisitions for engineering activities.
  • Monthly report and analysis of Electricity, Water, LPG & Diesel consumptions.
  • Prepare & send the monthly internal allocation report to the finance department.
  • Lead site facility management projects and initiatives.
  • Complies with all regulations and standards for HSE, Quality, Energy, Legal and Statutory.
