Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Travel: ~10% global (Tentative)
  • Intermediate knowledge of mechanical systems and material handling.
  • Basic Automation and structural understanding
  • Proficient in CAD tools and 2D/ 3D modelling.
  • Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork
  • Leadership and persuasiveness rated at level A
  • Exposure of BIM /REVIT will be privileged.

Job Description

  • Contribute to system design for small/standard projects.
  • Coordinate mechanical interfaces and ensure design compliance.
  • Participate in detailed design and equipment specification.
  • Organize supply and define mechanical work packages.
  • Lead small teams and report to project leads.
  • Manage scope, budget, and timelines for standard projects.
  • Support site activities and documentation.
  • Share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
