Job Overview

Konecranes is seeking a dedicated and skilled personal to join our Service Department as a Service Technician and be at the forefront of technological innovation and customer service excellence. We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background and hands-on job on EOT Cranes, committed to delivering exceptional service and maintenance at our esteemed customer locations across south India. The location is based at Bengaluru.

Job Description

  • Ensuring safety: Making sure that all your activities at customer location meets safety standards and regulations, Use PPE’s and job specific safety equipment’s.
  • Customer service: Conduct safety review, visit reviews and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Keeping detailed records of services performed, parts used, and any customer interactions.
  • SOP: use standard operating procedures for jobs to be performed.
  • Use of SLIM platform for completing the assigned work package
  • Inspection: Conducting thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.
  • Emergency response: Being available to respond to urgent service calls in case of equipment breakdown or malfunction.
  • Tool maintenance: Ensuring all tools are in good working condition and performing regular maintenance and calibration.
  • Tool safety: Following safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage when using tools.
  • High-quality maintenance and Breakdown services for cranes and lifting equipment to ensure safety and reliability. 
  • Customer satisfaction through timely and effective service, contributing to customer retention and loyalty. 
  • Compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations to maintain a safe working environment. 
  • Efficient management of service projects, within the schedule and planned hours. 
  • Continuous improvement by providing feedback on service operations and participating in training to enhance personal skills and service quality.
