Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.
We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Engineer (System and MEPF) for Project “Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.”

Implementation of MEPF systems for the Ahemdabad Station redevelopment project.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in system design.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEPF systems seamlessly within the project.
Coordinate with various disciplines for clash detection and resolution in the design phase.
Provide technical inputs in the construction and execution of MEPF systems, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.
Mentor and guide field engineers in the team.

Education qualification – Graduate Engineer from Mechanical/Electrical
Years of experience – Overall 10 Year of Experience, 5 Year Exp in Similar position and 7 Year Exp in Eligible Projects
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.

Contribute to project planning by providing inputs on timelines, resource requirements, and potential challenges related to MEPF systems.
Monitor and control costs related to MEPF systems to ensure alignment with project budgets.
Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure MEPF systems meet or exceed industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance during construction.
Identify potential risks related to MEPF systems and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Work collaboratively with the project team to address and resolve emerging challenges.
Stay abreast of changing regulations and codes related to MEPF systems.
Ensure project designs adhere to all applicable regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to MEPF systems.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
