Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must be bachelor’s degree with 8 years or master’s degree with more than 5 years working experiences in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in the industry or similar domain.
  • Good using of Creo, Ansys, Auto CAD, CorelDRAW tools.
  • At least 5 years of successful Plastic/Die casting/Sheetmetal design experience and solid understanding of the tooling design.
  • Experiences with CPE/ONT/Wi-Fi router products mechanical design.
  • Familiar with safety regulation like UL62368 regarding the material and mechanical design constrains.
  • Highly responsibility, dedication and teamwork spirit, highly passionate of learning new technology, self-motivation and ability of working independently and proved communication skills, results oriented, proved cross team working experience.
  • English is primary working language, mandarin is a plus.

Job Description

  • Responsible for new project scheme design, structural design, mold review and project requirement review  
  • Responsible for Mechanical design of plastic parts/Sheet meatal part/ heatsink/ die casting part, product stacking design and tolerance analysis, 
  • Complete related documents, drawings and BOM, Base board 
  • Optimize the design of existing products and solving the mechanical issue in the product declaration cycle
  • Development and implementation of new technologies to enhance production quality, capacity and efficiency
