Job Overview
Lead assignments within the Design by Analysis function by understanding business needs and translating them into actionable engineering tasks. Responsibilities include defining the scope of work, planning and allocating resources, ensuring execution, and driving timely completion of assignments.
The role requires independent execution of complex analysis projects, as well as mentoring entry-level Engineering Analysts. The candidate may be required to lead multiple projects simultaneously and conduct technical reviews of work completed by other analysts to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) in Mechanical/Civil/Ocean/Naval Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 4 years of industry experience; - OR
- Post-Graduation (Master’s Degree) in Mechanical/Civil/Ocean/Naval Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years of industry experience.
- Expert level knowledge on use of FEA & calculation.
- Strong knowledge of more than one relevant Mechanical industry codes/standards (e.g.; ASME, DNV, API, AISC etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CAD software used.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
