Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 yrs 0r B.E Mechanical in Mechanical /Automobile with 3 – 4 years of experience in similar function in Automotive industry/Auto ancillaries.
  • Transfer the relevant information in the shift change-over and at SFM L3。
  • Trigger request for quick response (Andon/QR6S/A3) in case of operation deviation, e.g. down time, quality rejects from standard etc. 
  • Initiating & executing Kaizens. Basic awareness of Process & Production documents like (PFD,CP,PFMEA). Basic awareness of problem solving tools & Awareness and participation in regional customer new model readiness (APQP) audits.
  • Reduction in internal & customer PPM &Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001 management systems

Job Description

  • Manage (Lead) operators in the line operation by workstations. Manage the hourly count performance & cell performance board
  • Ensure adherence to standard work, SHE standards , 5 S standards, Change over standards, tooling management
  • Train, coach and assess line operators. Exposure to managing Damper/shock absorber production would be added advantage.
  • Engage operations for Employees suggestions in S/Q/C/P etc. 
  • Update and monitor the line-side operation dashboard every 60 min.
